Tantalum and tantalum alloy strip foil is a kind of high temperature resistant and corrosion resistant material.Its chemical stability is similar to that of glass.Its strength and stiffness can be comparable with low carbon steel, and its thermal strength at high temperature is second only to tungsten and tungsen alloyt, which is an excellent material for chemical corrosion prevention and high temperature furnace.Tantalum reacts strongly with oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen and other gases in the air from 300℃ to form brittle compounds, which increase the metal hardness and decrease the plasticity, and have a great influence on the plastic-brittle transition temperature of tantalum.
